Every show I stand on stage and tell the audience that I am sick of the racism, I am sick of the violence, I am sick of the divisiveness that plagues our society. I cannot and will not sit on the sidelines while the world burns. While my country burns. While my people are dying and living in fear. FFTG played some great shows in #minneapolis From a DIY art spot to a @vanswarpedtour crowd. I am headed there to show my support for their city. I am going there to begin a conversation. I will be spending time at @pimentokitchen which has transformed in to an community refuge. Helping and assisting a broken community. Letztere geben ein paar nützliche Tipps im Umgang mit der Bewegung: "Wir können verschiedene Wege gehen, Aktivismus ist kein Wettbewerb. Nutzt eure Kunst, nutzt eure Plattform, nutzt euer Privileg. Die Arbeit, rassistische Systeme zu zerlegen und Black Liberation zu unterstützen bedarf der Teilnahme von uns allen. Als vier weiße Männer verstehen wir, dass wir niemals wirklich verstehen werden. Unsere einzige Hoffnung ist, zu lernen, wie wir diese Ziele unterstützen und besser werden können. Besser als Zuhörer. Besser im Antworten. Besser als Aktivisten. Besser als Menschen."
